Holyoke Merry-Go-Round – 1927 PTC #80 – Holyoke Heritage State Park

The historic carousel, built in Philadelphia in 1927, has original art on rounding boards and inner housing panels. Experts suggest that some horses on the ride were carved by Daniel Muller, including the armored horse. The antique merry-go-round never left Holyoke, MA, since leaving the factory in 1927, and it still operates on the original Auchy drive with an electric motor.
